Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of receiving your order.  We do not accept open or used product returns under any circumstances.

Returns due to personal preference will undergo a 10% restocking fee. Returns in exchange for The FRYD Carts store credit will never incur a restocking fee. File a Return online, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. 

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-5 days for your bank to clear the funds.

Any purchases falling outside of our Return Policy are considered final and non-refundable. Should you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team via email at info@thefrydcarts.com.

For purchases made from thefrydcarts.com, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, unusable, or missing item from your order, you may qualify for a refund provided THE FRYD CARTS is notified within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting please provide an order number, a short description of an issue, and also a video/photo representing the issue in details.
Requests for returns or exchanges will not be considered if contact isn’t made within 48 hours of the order being received.

Please be aware that when reaching out to us, you’ll be required to provide a photo of the packing slip, the product itself, and the shipping box displaying the shipping label.

If your package is returned to the sender due to an INVALID ADDRESS, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will not be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to the sender, please get in touch with support via info@thefrydcarts.com.
